This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Canoe Procurement Group of Canada (“Canoe”) to prospective proponents on behalf of its members, Rural Municipalities of Alberta (RMA) and Genesis insurance (Genesis) for consulting services to conduct an objective performance review of its board, committees and directors. The Consultant will be required to examine the workings of the two boards, their members along with their effectiveness, the quality of their decision making and strategy, and their relationship with the executive management as further described in PART B - RFP Particulars (the “Deliverables”).
The intent of this RFP includes 3 components: 1) Performance review of the RMA board, committees and directors 2) Performance review of the Genesis board, committees and directors 3) The successful consultant will also be invited to enter into an agreement for the Deliverables for Canoe Procurement Group of Canada current and future members.
